I was excited to get this book, but when I started looking at the
ingredients in the recipes, I decided it was NOT the book for me. People who love this book may disagree, but for my family and the
practicality of our limited grocery selections, I am returning this


I assume you mean the Kind Diet book? (I also mention the Conscious Cook above). I can understand that. Lots of odd ingredients. If you don't live near either a Whole Food or a big Asian market, they'd be tough to find. (Although she doesn't help by insisting on saying things like "shoyu", which is really pretty much soy sauce!
