YUM. I've not read anything about detrimental effects of compulsive nutritional yeast consumption, and I hope I don't ever. I periodically wander into the kitchen and just eat a spoonful by itself. :) But I'm realizing now that I haven't had any in a couple weeks! My lunch might have to include some steamed broccoli with a little bit of Earth Balance and a sprinkling of nutritional yeast on top.

Regarding the "TMI" bit, I'll have to start being more observant. :) I'm not really sure.
