Is a good and necessary thing sometimes, even if you are busy in an ungodly way.
So did I last night.
Now, i must continue to try to remind myself that I hate going to downtown Palo Alto for dinner, because the traffic and parking sux. But we went to a restaurant of my suggestion and choosing, so I have no one to blame but myself.
Breakfast:
Organic "Fruit Loops" Cereal
Rice Milk
Pineapple Slices
Lunch:
Vedge vegetable Juice
Leftover Whole Wheat Penne with Roasted Vegetables in Olive Oil
Dinner (Three Season Vietnamese):
Diet Coke with Lime
Veggie Spring Roll
Fried Tofu
Lemongrass Tofu
Green Beans and Asparagus
Sticky Rice with that (non-dairy) Coconut "Milk" (If you don't know my story abut the waiter who tohught I couldn't have coconut milk because I was vegan, just ask!)
