I agree with you on the Vegan Sour Cream...kinda bleh.  However the
Tofutti Cream Cheese is yum :)  I know it doesn't quite go with mashed

Good call on the meatballs though.  When in a pinch, I douse them with ketchup
and a smidge of sriracha (the asian chili paste in the bottle with the
green tip)...good stuff!
