We love Star Trek too!  Next time when you are frustrated or upset, eat some strawberries or bananas.  Many foods (besides chocolate) can naturally make people happy.  A small relaxation tip for you: take a deep breath, close your eyes and imagine that you are in the most beautiful place eating your favorite food.  Maybe M&M won't get you then.


Elisa, I can so relate to this!  I've had my own episodes of M&M-induced weakness & self-destruction.  Bleccchh.  (My SO, a confirmed non-vegan, and Star Trek fan too, would probably love those M&Ms...)
