I guess I will tend to agree that the second reason is why you craved for "bad" food.  Most of our foods are wholemeal, organic, green vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc. prepared by ourselves (so no preservatives, colorings, etc.), so an occasional slice of vegan white bread with broccoli and tofu is the most decadent bad food we crave.
