Yup, I'm still vegan :)
Definitely planning ahead when I travel is always my biggest challenge, it's a piece of cake when I'm home.
My favorite go-to vegan foods are:
Nutritional Yeast (great for iron and B vitamins)
Seitan (Favorite protein source)
Spinach (toss a little in everything for iron)
Nuts (Again protein and satiety when traveling)
