Caulipots are so good. Definitely worth trying if you haven't had them yet!

Most of time, cauliflower in my house just gets chopped up and eaten. I love it raw, dipped in more or less anything.

I love it raw too, actually. I think when I get home and am putting the groceries away I should take the time RIGHT THEN to wash and cut up things like Cauliflower and Celery and just get it done, so they're ready to eat at the drop of a hat.
