I am a recent convert to the organic vegetable religion. They taste better!

I've even started to pay $4/pound for them at the local farm. Yes, FARM. Sunnyvale has a coop where you can get locally grown, organic veggies. Delicious!

And Jessie Cool's cookbook "Simply Organic" (http://www.amazon.com/Simply-Organic-Cookbook-Sustainable-Ingredients/dp/0811860442/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1225591368&sr=8-1) is arranged by what's seasonally available. Love the mix of veggies with fruits. Oh and meat too -- not a vegetarian cookbook.

Going to a farmer's market today, so hopefully will pick up some great stuff. Jesse Cool is a great local restauranteur. Perhaps someday she'll do a vegetarian cookbook, and then I will be right there to get it :)
