As part of BlogHer's Earth Day coverage I'm conducting an exclusive interview with Anna Lappe, daughter of famous vegetarian Francis Moore Lappe (author of Diet for a Small Planet) and an author/activist in her own right.
She is working for food justice; she is working to shine a spotlight on the connection between food production and climate change. She is working to demystify eating more healthfully for ourselves and for the planet...for people of "all self-identified food identities."
