One thing I know from personal experience is true? "Skipping meals entirely may cause low blood sugar, which can make you feel weak and lightheaded. "
Yup, happens to me fairly consistently because I am lame; I neglect to eat breakfast until I've already been up for hours. Or alternatively, I eat a little breakfast and then somehow never fit in lunch until I'm desperate to snack on something in the mid-afternoon.
And I certainly do know better.
