Danny Seo, the Martha Stewart of Green Living, has a new book out that is really cool. It's called Simply Green Parties, and its all about giving a party that is green. Some of the ideas I'm probably not going to do in my lifetime (make flower arrangements out of plastic bags), but some are really easy such as painting glow-in-the-dark paint on rocks to guide people to the party instead of using lighting.
Speaking of making things out of plastic bags, though, check out our handbags made of recycled plastic bags at hip & zen. We have the cool laptop bags from a cooperative in India:
And then we also have the new fair-trade fluffy bags from South Africa:
Back to Danny - he has a website at www.dannyseo.com that also talks about his other books and projects, such as a radio shows on Lime Radio and Sirius Network. He's a busy guy, and we thank him for spreading the word.

I stumbled across your blog while I was in the process of doing some online research. The Martha Stewart book does sound quite intriguing, but I wonder what the effect on the environment would be of painting rocks with glow-in-the-dark paint.
