It's been a little while since we've participated in the Carnival of Healing, but mind-energy.net hosts this week's edition, subtitled: Food for Thought.
They kindly link to Karen's post about NEC's Ecotonoha project, but there are many other interesting posts of note. My pick of the Carnival?
How is Your Life's Wheel from Coaching4Lesbians.
The post describes an exercise that elps you identify how fully inlated your life's wheel is (my paraphrasing, BTW) by looking at your satisfaction level in 8 key areas:
- Health and Well-Being (Body, Mind, Spirit)
- Money and Finances
- Fun and Relaxation
- Spirituality and Personal Growth
- Relationships
- Primary Relationship/Romance
- Career
- Environments (home and surroundings)
These are the kind of exercises I tend to avoid, just in case I get more depressed by the outcome of the exercise than I was before I started. Analyze away, people, I'm sure there's a boat load of feedback you can give me from that one sentence, right?!
Anyway, enough about me...go read the Carnival!
