During the course of a week, choose one essential quality each morning and meditate upon it, allowing it to shape your consciousness. Each evening reflect on how that facet of your spirit expressed itself during the day.

Right. As you told there are so many benefits of practicing meditation. These may be numerous. One hour each day may lead to a better body and a better mind.
As you rightly pointed out, there are so many benefits of meditation. It’s very difficult to describe them.
I read http://www.meditationhome.com and found out the benefits which encouraged me to go for it everyday. Today also I remember it when I feel little bit lazy to practice and try to procrastinate.
I would recommend meditation to each and everybody, as I would like everybody to become healthy and wise.
