Right. As you told there are so many benefits of practicing meditation. These may be numerous. One hour each day may lead to a better body and a better mind.

As you rightly pointed out, there are so many benefits of meditation. It’s very difficult to describe them.

I read and found out the benefits which encouraged me to go for it everyday. Today also I remember it when I feel little bit lazy to practice and try to procrastinate.

I would recommend meditation to each and everybody, as I would like everybody to become healthy and wise.
