Well, it's certainly not the main point of her post, but I have to rib Lisa Haneberg over at the Third Age blog just a little bit for busting that "myth" about Yoga practitioners.
Actually the post is a good one about the benefits of yoga for just about anyone of any fitness level, and I particularly like it because it emphasizes that you can do it at home in a corner of the room; it's not required to participate in a room full of frighteningly fit and limber people! Of course Lisa's first commenter indicates that he needs the structure of a live class, and personally I do too. But if you're one of those odd people who have self-discipline, then rest assured you can do Yoga in the privacy of your home in old, ratty sweats.
Not sure why you'd want to do that when you could wear cute Yoga gear, though!
(and no, sad to say, those are not pictures of moi!)
UPDATED: Coincidentally I just found that the very two outfits that I chose to pull from the site for this post have been put on sale for 15% off (and use promotion code 'BLOG' to get an additional 5% off your order.) I must be psychic!

Some people will try and convince you that Hippies are dead. This is complete nonsense. In fact, I am still a hardcore Hippie. One only needs to look at our society today to see the changes made by the Hippie movement in the sixties and seventies and you will realize that without such thinking our planet would now be a crispy, dead orb.

Try eating vegetarian for a week or a month. See if you don’t feel different, more mentally acute and more physically fit and energized.
